These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Pincode Startup, operated by SJG TEJAS CONSULTANCY ("we", "us"). By posting an idea, referring a business, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a listing, submitting a referral, or browsing listings on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
2. Who Can Use the Platform
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts under Indian law to post a listing, refer a business, or receive a payout. Listings must relate to a genuine business idea or opportunity intended for lawful operation in India.
3. Posting a Listing
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the pincode, category, and description you submit.
- You may not post an idea that infringes another person's intellectual property, misrepresents an existing business as your own, or promotes illegal activity.
- We may edit formatting for clarity but will not materially change the substance of your idea without contacting you.
4. Restricted Categories
To keep the platform focused on genuine business ideas and neutral for all users, the following categories are not permitted and are automatically rejected during review:
Religious places & listings
No ads for temples, gurdwaras, churches, mosques, or any place of worship or religious institution including fundraising, donations, or events tied to them.
Political content
No ads for political parties, candidates, campaigns, rallies, or content that promotes a political affiliation or agenda.
Submissions in either category are declined automatically during review. If you believe your idea was flagged by mistake, reach out to our support team.
5. Our Review Process
Every submission is manually checked for clarity and genuineness before publishing. We may reject or request changes to a submission at our discretion, and will explain the reason where possible. Review typically takes a few business days.
6. Fees & Payments
The listing fee is ₹1,000 per approved idea, charged only after approval. Fees are subject to our Refund Policy. We may change our pricing for future listings with notice on this site.
7. Referral Programme
Referral rewards of ₹5,000 are paid at our discretion once we have reasonably verified that the referred business has been genuinely implemented. Referrers agree not to submit false or misleading implementation claims. A 10% listing discount applies automatically when a referred user posts their own idea using a valid referral code.
8. Prohibited Conduct
- Posting spam, duplicate, or clearly fictitious listings.
- Posting listings in a restricted category (see Section 4 above).
- Attempting to manipulate the referral programme through fake accounts or fabricated implementation claims.
- Scraping, reselling, or redistributing listing data without our written permission.
- Using the platform to harass, defraud, or mislead other users.
9. Limitation of Liability
Pincode Startup provides a listing and discovery service we do not guarantee business outcomes, footfall, or revenue from any listing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
10. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or remove a listing, account, or referral relationship that violates these terms, with or without notice, particularly in cases of fraud or repeated policy violations.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
